Vertical batteries for panels

With the vertical battery mould you can produce solid panels with a simple reinforcement and a high degree of finishing on both sides. The formwork can be produced with a single sector or two independents, each formed by several casting pockets to the left and right of a fixed central module and translated by a hydraulic system which also allows locking during casting. The battery can be equipped with side shutters complete with a system for varying the width of the elements and with liftable bottoms to vary the height of the panels. Vibration systems (pneumatic or electric) and heating and insulation systems are available upon request.
