Carousel system for panels

The carousel system allows the production of different prefabricated elements such as panels, floors and cover slabs. The systems is designed to the maximum industrialization of production. Unlike traditional methods, with this technology, the various processing stations and related machines are in a fixed position and the moulds are moved through the various stations. In this way, the staff can specialize in a single production phase and the materials necessary for production such as concrete, reinforcement and insulation do not have to be transported for long stretches inside of the establishment.

These systems can be highly customized with different levels of automation that can also be implemented gradually.
