This type of formworks enables to produce 3D elements made up of just four walls or fitted with a roof/floor realised in a single monolithic casting, such as:
The equipment is made of an outer formwork (side walls) and one or more inner formworks that can be conical or equipped with a shrinking system.
It allows precast elements to be produced in different sizes ensuring utmost production flexibility and any handling step operated by hydraulic systems.
Any coupling between formwork movable parts (such as at bottom/side walls) where there are opening and closing actions are provided with GF metal or rubber gaskets against the cement grout.
An efficient vibrator, whether pneumatic or electrical at variable frequency, combined with a specifically designed structure, ensures a rapid filling of the formwork and an optimum concrete compaction. Each battery mould can be also provided with a heating and insulation system to accelerate the concrete element’s curing process.
